These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Lake Elsinore Sunrooms & Patios website at lakeelsinoresunroomcontractor.com and any services you engage us to perform. By using this website or entering into a service agreement with us, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
By accessing lakeelsinoresunroomcontractor.com or requesting services from Lake Elsinore Sunrooms & Patios, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or engage our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted to this page.
Lake Elsinore Sunrooms & Patios provides residential sunroom and patio enclosure construction, installation, and remodeling services to homeowners in Lake Elsinore, CA and surrounding communities. Services include but are not limited to sunroom additions, patio enclosures, screen room installation, solarium installation, and related design and construction work.
We do not provide emergency services or guarantee immediate availability. All services are subject to scheduling, permitting, and project scope confirmation. The specific scope of work for each project is defined in a written contract signed by both parties before work begins.
All estimates provided by Lake Elsinore Sunrooms & Patios are based on information available at the time of the estimate, including a site visit and your description of the project. Estimates are not final bids until a written contract is executed.
Pricing may change if the scope of work changes after the contract is signed, if unforeseen conditions are discovered during construction (such as existing structural defects or soil conditions that require additional work), or if you request changes or upgrades to materials or design. Any price changes will be documented in a written change order signed by both parties before the additional work proceeds.
Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise noted in writing.
Project start dates are estimates and are subject to change due to permit review timelines, material availability, weather conditions, and crew scheduling. We will notify you of any significant changes to the project schedule as soon as reasonably possible.
If you need to cancel or postpone a scheduled project, please notify us in writing at least 5 business days before the scheduled start date. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered or work has begun may result in costs associated with materials already purchased or work already completed.
We reserve the right to reschedule or decline a project if site conditions make it unsafe or impractical to begin work.
Payment terms are outlined in your written contract. Typical payment schedules include a deposit at signing, one or more progress payments tied to construction milestones, and a final payment upon project completion and your acceptance of the finished work.
Final payment is due upon completion of the project and issuance of a final inspection approval by the local building department, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Failure to make timely payments may result in work stoppage and additional fees.
In accordance with California law, we do not require a deposit greater than 10% of the total contract price or $1,000, whichever is less, unless a special order for materials is required.
Lake Elsinore Sunrooms & Patios will obtain all required building permits on your behalf as part of the scope of work, unless otherwise stated in the written contract. Permit fees are either included in the project price or billed as a separate line item - your estimate and contract will specify which applies.
You are responsible for obtaining any required homeowners association (HOA) approvals before construction begins. We will assist with preparing HOA submission materials, but ultimate responsibility for HOA compliance rests with you as the property owner. Work will not begin until written confirmation of any required HOA approval is in hand.
Any express warranty on labor and materials will be set out in your written contract. Where no specific warranty is stated, workmanship is warranted for one year from the date of final project completion.
Manufacturer warranties on materials and products (such as glass panels, frames, or roofing components) are passed through to you and are subject to each manufacturer's own terms. We do not extend or modify those warranties.
Warranties do not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, acts of nature, or conditions that existed before the start of the project. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing within the warranty period.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lake Elsinore Sunrooms & Patios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the services we provide or your use of this website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to a specific project shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that project. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.
If a dispute arises between you and Lake Elsinore Sunrooms & Patios related to a project or these terms, we ask that you first contact us directly to attempt to resolve the issue informally. Most concerns can be resolved quickly through direct communication.
If informal resolution is not successful, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, unless both parties mutually agree to a different process. Arbitration will take place in Lake Elsinore, CA.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings not subject to the arbitration clause above shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Riverside County, California.
